I just gotta ask, why would you delete all of that stuff, but use the stock power seat tracks? They probably weigh 40lbs or more each.

Great progress, looking good.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

I haven't deleted anything...except the back seat.  I just thought the Mustang seats were cool, and they bolted right up, so I went with the path of least resistance...

I like the progress you've made. I like the power seats myself. I wanted to get new front seats then realized how much I really like the Sport seats, so, they will be re-covered. Again, keep up the great work and keep us posted on the progress.

I am starting to build the rear seat delete.  I got the bottom tray finished.  It hinges so I can  get to the speaker and light wiring.  Of course they will be covered later...

Almost done.  I didnt do any speaker cutouts, yet and I ran out of material to do the package tray.  I just have to cut 2 trim pieces for the corners.  The bird is from a roof pillar

I was on Jegs today and "accidentally" ordered a couple 5 point harnesses.  Really wifey, it was an accident!

Mods....any chance of getting this thread moved to User Rides?  I am getting ready to start the motor and this thing is going to Bonneville within the next 2-3 years.

Your jet? Are you a Crew Chief? I was on the KC-135R. Loved that jet.
