Buick??

I was on my way home from speaking with the navy recruiter earlier, which was aggravating enough, and I got off my exit and as I'm waiting at the red light a kid in a riced out, primer spray painted hyundai pulls up next to me and says, "Hey man, you drive that grandma car like its a race car!" I told him that it wasn't really a grandma car and he goes, "Oh, I thought it was a Buick, my bad." then drives off. :beatyoass: Then to top off my lovely day, my rear brake line decided to blow out as I was turning onto my road.:punchballs:

Dude, a guy driving a red Honda who I was meeting to sell some audio equipment asked "Is that you in the copper Buick?" while I was driving my 88 LX.  Which appears to be the same color as your car.  Don't sweat it.

Buicks are actually great automobiles, from the ones I've owned at least.

Exactly. When his car is as old as yours is, it will either be rotting away in a syard or turned into a soda can.

IT ALREADY IS A SODA CAN!!!!!

I get the nice Mustang comment all the time with my 86 Capri. Luckily most people I've run across seem to know exactly what my Bird is and appreciate it!!

ha ha. thats good.  i had a similar experience a little while back. i had my left rear caliper blow out slowing down to get the interstate. it would have been so bad if i didnt have to go around a hairpin turn at 60 mph. i dang near was doin fred flintstone to get it stopped.
