86 TC and Cougar body kit

Guys, will a 86 TC kit also fit a Cougar? I have a complete ground effects kit and I know a guy who wants it, but he has a Cougar. Will everything fit?

However, if the kit is Xenon, and if the Cougar is not an XR7 chances are he will not have bumper cover with the fog lights therefore he will have to cut 2 holes in his bumper cover where the foglight holes of the front skirt will be.
