judging by that guys setup, it looks like my capri might be shooting into the low 10's or lower since i'm lighter, better setup and more boost with more drivetrain work :burnout:

but westie, you can take some notes from that page.. realistically, your best bet would be upgrading to forged pistons, because everyone gets greedy at some point with raising the boost.. me included.. hahaha

I went with a custom grind it was picked in mind of a turbo in the future and going to a 408. And I would get greedy with the boost as it is  I'm on borrowed time with the T5 till I can get a Tremec I cant decide on a TKO 500 or 600 I like the ratio on the 500  but the torque limits on the 600 has my attention to decisions decisions

i don't really mess with the TKO's, i'd rather stay auto because i have arthritis in my left knee(sad, i'm only 24). but everyone i've ever heard of or known with a TKO600, was very satisfied with how well it reacted to power-adders

this is the kit that's in my 408.. a bit pricey, correction.. HOLY S*%^ that's expensive.. thankfully, i didn't have to buy mine.. but i've heard only the best of the best things to be said about the SCAT kits.. most people recommend getting an aftermarket block that can withstand the abuse that the rotating assembly can handle, but that's just all in preference

I used BBK shortie headers and cut the ball  off and tilted the collector
down more to get clearance around the front assesories

Here is a shot when the car was single setup

i like that setup a little better than my idea.. but my luck, something will get up under the nose of the car while i'm driving and either crack the housing or rip the turbo off lol..

i'm running mid lengths mac's that look like they're going to clear everything.. going to cut them on an angle to aim them down a little, but that's about it.. but then again, i'm only running an alt, no power steering.. i just have to mount my alt to the bracket and make sure my belt won't be in the way, which it shouldn't be.. but 1 never knows
