Thats right, the '83 Cougar that was from texas is coming home next weekend...  if all goes as planned....  Now that I am back to work I can afford to play with it a bit.

That is one clean kitty! I think you need a set of clear side markers to complete the look... oh look what I have over here. :D

thanks guys...  I have a nice strong HO waiting to be converted to carbed, then drop it in with an AOD (for now) with a B&M hammer shifter that I made for my '88 XR-7....  this one:

yep.. long time ago unfortunately.  When I sold it I had swapped to a T5.  this shifter has about 4 hours of use on it.  thats all it took for me to rip the AOD out after the shift kit and shifter install and swap in a T5

This car will be getting a at5 as well, but for now and AOD will do just fine.
