So what do you all think? May 19, 2010, 10:32:00 AM Ok heres the deal. I sold my house and will be moving shortly and have concluded that my next place will not have a garage with space for 7 cars like I have now so heres my dilemma, what to keep.My 87 will be going to Karen, and my 70 is going to Australia. My son has his 83 and the wife has the Jeep so I have to figure out my 65, my 80 Silver Anniversary, and my 86 XR7. The 65 I have had along time but I only drove it 18 miles last year, the 80 I have never even registered, and the XR7 only has about 4000 miles on a reman motor. I need some input from some car people as my wife doesnt get my connection to these things. Thanks Here are the cars I am talking about Quote Selected

That's a hard choice.. is it just keeping one of the three shown? =\ The 65 is probably the most collectible thing to keep and that XR7 is just gorgeous and I'm sure is fun to drive (probably more fun than the 80 to drive? then again I have an 86 TC so I'm fairly biased).. man.. talk about a predicament! Assuming the XR7 has the new engine it normally should be the keeper. But I am partial to the Silver Anniversary because it's a Box Bird.Eenie, Meenie, Miney, Moe......Keep the Silver Anniversary. Close your eyes and imagine a tornado(?) just wiped out your house and garage. Complete devastation. Fortunately, the family was on vacation when it happened. When you arrive, the cops are there and they tell you the whole place was destroyed. Clean-up crew using a bulldoze to clean the mess. Total loss. Everything gone, nothing saved.Except one car. The 65 is to die for and I'd love to be able to have a true classic example of that vintage. However, you can actually make good money on the 65. The 80 I would keep just because it's different and you just dont see them in good shape at all these days. I guess it's really a matter of which one you really have the most passion for. However, if you've had the 80 all this time, it must be giving you tons of enjoyment just sitting there. It's hard to put a price on that. Obviously, the best solution is to get a place with room for eight cars and buy a Turbo Coupe!! Quote Selected
