The fact that they are screwed on helps keep the armrests, etc in place and fairly solid. The speaker grills are not in very good shape, both are broken at the top where they snap in. The map pockets are scuffed up as well. The screw covers on the pull straps are missing. One panel has a bow in it from sitting in the trunk. Arm rests and the panels themselves are in pretty good shape, just need some cleaning. I will get pics when I can.
