WTB: 1983-84 Heater Panel Reply #5 – January 21, 2010, 11:28:20 PM Yes...here's a photo:The Fox-based LTD/Marquis of the era had a similar panel (as did the earlier 1980-82 Fox Cougars/T-Birds) but I don't think it's exact. I only know of a 1983-84 Cougar/T-Bird for the correct panels.Correct part number is E3SZ-19980-B. Quote Selected
WTB: 1983-84 Heater Panel Reply #7 – January 22, 2010, 01:01:15 PM Eric, here is a pic of the one in my 80 Bird and it looks the same except the s are chrome where yours appear black. Maybe if thats the only difference it might help locate one Quote Selected
WTB: 1983-84 Heater Panel Reply #8 – January 22, 2010, 01:30:26 PM The FAN and R. DEF. letters are different...that's the only thing I can tell from the faceplate. Functionally it probably is the same but I'm not 100% positive since I've not messed with one earlier than a 1983-84 model. I'm just playing it safe and going with the "correct" one for our cars since it's for a show vehicle. I appreciate the thought, though. Kinda digging the chrome s too. Quote Selected
