issue was a bad ground at the eec relay, sorry I didnt get to this sooner! video will come soon :)

Pretty much every panel on my 87 is new, rebuilt, or re constructed. :D

backed the car out of the garage under its own power today!! not much else as far as progress other than waiting on tail pipes so I can finish up the exhaust.
