Parting out 88 Cougar LS 5.0 Reply #23 – July 20, 2009, 12:00:37 AM Come see it, you determine what you think you want to pay, and I'll see if it's worth letting it go as is or parting. I really dont want to dissapoint the other guys who are looking for parts but we will see what we can work out. I would like to get around what I paid for it, which is $375, but thats neg. Parting out 88 Cougar LS 5.0 Reply #24 – July 20, 2009, 09:19:31 AM Its up to you. Its your car! lolDoes it have a motor/trans? Quote Selected
Parting out 88 Cougar LS 5.0 Reply #25 – July 20, 2009, 11:03:21 AM It does..All the front acc's are off the motor but it started and ran before I started the removal. The trans shifted fine on the 5 mile drive from where I picked it up to my house. I have no knowledge of it's condition beyond that. I am using a few parts off that motor like the PS pump and fuel rails ect.You mentioned you were just interested in the rolling chasis? Quote Selected

Parting out 88 Cougar LS 5.0 Reply #29 – July 21, 2009, 09:46:34 PM I have a bit of a list. 1. The driver side seat belt holder...(the thing that keeps it from rubbing on your neck...mounts at the top left of the drivers side seat.)2. Center console working parts that make it latch shut. Or the lid and hatch parts if its easier.3. The center piece for the horn. not the cover with the cougar logo, but the actual piece that the horn wires connect to.4. Both speaker grills on the dash if the clips arent broke.5. The GrillAny or all...if you can send the info and a price quote to c_bass16@hotmail.com Quote Selected
