What cars are they pulling these 70MM MAF's out of?  They claim to bolt in the same as the Mustang piece and callibrated for 19lb injectors.

A MAF from a 94-95 Mustang GT or 92 1/2-94 Crown Vic will work if you make it hook up.

I used a 95 Mustang GT sensor in a '93 Cobra housing since all the critical dimensions were the same, and it mounts in place of the old one.

In addition the housing from a 94-95 3.8 or 4.6 T-bird/Cougar is the same as well. You can take the sensor from the 92-94 Crown Vic, Grand Marq, Town Car, or 94-95 Mustang 3.8 or 5.0 and use in the 94-95 T-bird/Cougar housing. That's what I'm doing and I have no codes because off it. Make sure you use the sensor that starts with F2VF.

Yea, but I feel that is over priced.  I just bought one last week from the pick n pull for $30 with a 6mo warranty. Mine was from a 94 Continental I believe.

Any 94-95 T-bird/Cougar has the housing you need. 3.8 and 4.6 cars shared the same MAF. Just use the sensor (the black thing on top with the plug) from a 92-94 Crown Vic, Grand Marq, Town Car, or 94-95 Mustang 3.8 or 5.0 and stick it in the T-bird/Cougar housing.

Should I grab a mounting bracket off the t-bird/cougar?  Or should I get a stock Mustang one?

The stock Mustang bracket will be fine.I don't even use a bracket and the thing doesn't move.

Yep use the stock Mustang bracket. The T-birds/Cougars mount the MAF to the air box lid.
