Svo rearend

Is the rearend from a svo a 7.5 or 8.8, also will it work in my Thunderbird? I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.

A friend of mine has one and will sell it to me for $100. All I know is that it's 5 lug with disc, and 373 gears.

SVO's had the 7.5 rear end. It'll bolt into your thunderbird, but why not try and find an 8.8 out of a TC, or even a mustang if your not hooked on rear disk brakes.
88 TC 5speed, 168000+ miles, stock 2.3T long block, ported RFE6 exhaust, Evergreen T3 running 15#'s.

Still... a disc-brake rear end for $100 is a good deal... though parts may be difficult to find.
