your cars orientation...(names + gender) Reply #12 – April 17, 2009, 07:04:26 PM Never really thought of "newer" rides having names. That said, I don't genderize my rides, I only give them a song that fits. IE: my 1948 Ford F1....Green Mbuttstuffishi (with the two pr0nged crown), yes it's green.'78 F150 4x4 that I've had since driving birth: Big Orange, or Unroadworthy....people just started calling it that, I never did, since it was well known in the region.I have a few others out back without names yet, but eventually they come to you, as opposed to you naming it. One of my old time faves was snuffulupugus (sp.?) the old elephant from Sesame Street....that would have been my Bronco that seemed indestructible. No rear window, smashed in doors, quarters, fenders, hood, etc...It was a name that just stuck, lol. Quote Selected
your cars orientation...(names + gender) Reply #13 – April 17, 2009, 07:40:30 PM My car is F*(k!n& W#@re. I fantasize about smashing it with a hammer or dropping a vice on it from 10 feet above. I don't know why I feel this way, maybe it's because it's broken 5 times at the track (2 PS pumps, 1 alternator, 1 differential, 1 tailpipe blew off.) I sat for 2 hours on Wed. waiting for a boost from AAA so I could get the rest of the way home after my battery ran out of juice when the alternator ped out. Quote Selected
