I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

I figured that's how it would go, honestly.  All the Mustang/Capri guys have just one car to vote on instead of 4 to spread them around.

The non-Mustang/Capris still don't garner the pull on that site, but it is getting better.

I never vote for myself. It was going to be a vote for Jeff all the way.

I suppose, in hindsight, that would have saved a lot of hassle today. But the drama builds nonetheless. ;)

LOL They are all going to get bent over my last post. I think I need to add it was a joke. Well wont be the first time our cars get the shaft because of the Stang/Capri.

Those cars arent even in the same league.

How many of us would vote for one of the mustangs on our board? I sure wouldn't. These guys are pretty okay overthere. I frequented it for a while. Dont know why I stopped really.

True.

But if someone came over here with a Fairmont as bad as Erics Vert against one of our nicest cars such as thunderjet302's, car which I see as comparable to the Capri, I would go for the Fairmont. No offense to thunderjet302, but if someone put as much into a car as Eric has and it was up against a mid, but still well modded car, I would probably vote for the Fairmont.

Maybe thats just me. I see Erics car as built, were the Capri is slightly modded. Dont get me wrong it is a nice car (much nicer than mine by far) just not in the same boat.

Just my opinion. Guys over there are nice.
