Wow. What a steeeeeal. want want want!

That is scary how much that reminds me of my car like a year ago. Some paint chipping off the drivers B pillar, some comin off the back window trim, pass seat belt dangling...no motorcraft sticker on the airbox...radiator hold downs all grubby...tailpipes with 6" long NAPA cheapo chrome tips

and one final ing thing. I guess its good that Im NOT the only one who's ever done that before. :hick: :flame:
1987 20th Anniversary Cougar, 302 "5.0" GT-40 heads (F3ZE '93 Cobra) and TMoss Ported H.O. intake, H.O. camshaft
2.5" Duals, no cats, Flowmaster 40s, Richmond 3.73s w/ Trac-Lok, maxed out Baumann shift kit, 3000 RPM Dirty Dog non-lock TC
Aside from the Mustang crinkle headers, still looks like it's only 150 HP...
1988 Black XR7 Trick Flow top end, Tremec 3550
1988 Black XR7 Procharger P600B intercooled, Edelbrock Performer non-RPM heads, GT40 intake AOD, 13 PSI @5000 RPM. 93 octane

what a political nightmare:mad:

wife says she needs a car that is
good on gas (upper 20's running around town)-nogo
front wheel drive 5speed- nogo
must be able to haul stuff easy (hatch back)

Besides, she says that car would never really be hers.:rollin:
Perhaps a good Chevy Citation might be in order:evilgrin:

Mason says-
Dad, you'd try to steal it from me all the time.

I am kinda stuck because i wouldnt feel right gettng mason a car before my own wife.

:2c: So do you still have the H.O. intake plate or are you going to switch that out for an S.O. one too? Still have stock vavle covers, throttle body and exhaust manifold?

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

OMG do they make re-pops? I mean if they do that would be awesome..hell Id pay like 25 bucks for it even if they sold em thats how bad I want it lol.

@ haystack.....*snickerr* ur gonna deck me in the face for this...:rollin: I was actually happy the guy forgot to send me the HO plaque with the upper...so it actually still does say "5.0 Liter EFI" and then yes the stock VCs. TB and manifolds no way...but thats just it if you dont see the headers youd never think anything was done to the car. Got dumps no tailpipes so again no indication.

Ive actually had a couple heated arguments with kingcars via AIM about my wanting to "keep the car original" but have the extra giddy-up. I in NO WAY intend to try and justify my reasoning. Retarded? MAYBE! In fact, almost certainly! But dammit I like it so Im stickin to it LOL.

I do a lot of goofy/dumb things. I know theyre goofy/dumb. There is NO excuse for whitewalls on turbine wheels. Absolutely none. I got bashed for that and rightfully so, and I know this so I just sit there and take my lumps hahahaha. I mean...what right do I have to complain?
