another wheel question

I am getting ready to buy my wheels and just want a second opinion before i buy the wrong size. It' an 88TC with SN-95 axles and '02 hub assemblies up front. Out back it has stock redrilled rotors with the quads gone. I am looking at 17x9 rears and 17x8 in front with 245/40. My main concern is offset and bolt pattern. Can i get by with a 5" or do I need 6". Also is the SN-95 a 5x4.5 bolt circle? thanks for the help.
