REDO!!!

Who knows anything first hand about the Graviola or PawPaw being tested on cancer cells and the testing showed the results were more powerful than radiation?,,,without the side effects.

hummm,,
As a kid growing up in eastern kentucky, I remember aunt maud had a Paw Paw tree out in the yard.  I didnt like the fruit as much as i did other fruits but when your a kid an percimans and pawpaw's are ripe,, it  sure must be fall and thats about all you can bag up for your pretend voyage through the wild forests of the unknown.

I recently stumbled across this word "Graviola" and it struck a very old memory from aunt lilly and aunt maud about the paw paw as well.

So who knows about this nartural thing and the possible ugly truth.  If its natural, it cant have a patent.,,no money to make on it by drug companies.

If what i think happens to be true, PawPaw trees are native to the US but not the "Graviola" tree, unless i am mistaken.  I know the paw paw is , not sure on the graviola shrub/tree or whatever it is that grows something like a paw paw as well.

"It depends upon what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If 'is' means 'is and never has been' that's one thing - if it means 'there is none', that was a completely true statement,"

Usually drug companies try to isolate components, enzymes or proteins in something like a plant which has shown demonstrated benefits related to a given disease.  First disease cells are tested against the suspected component at the "petri dish, or other low  level.  The suspected component is isolated/proven effective.  Then we move on to animal, then human studies.  Along the way the FDA is involved with dospoogeentation showing research steps effectiveness, side effects, etc..  Whole process takes ~10 years.  I work with many biopharma companies.  I can't comment on specific research, but I do not know of anyone working on this.  I would say if the benefits are real and can be validated someone is or has worked on it.  Over and above that I can say I know research has been abandoned on certain effective cures since not enough people have a specific disease or cancer to make curing it  profitable.  So yes in some ways big drug companies ethics when it comes to money are not much better than street level pushers.

This is what I wanted to know. I have never heard of this at all. Live off the land was destroyed a LONG time ago in the cure and drug world for the most part.

Good thing we didn't listen to those people that lived here before us. They had no idea what they where doing......

Here we go. I didnt read through the second one but it sounds like a "magic bullet" that...isn't. He's always thinkin though, wheels are always turnin lol.

I DID read the second link and I would suggest that everybody read it before commenting.

I don't necessarily agree with the second person's recommendations (though I don't know either way as I don't know anybody who's tried this), but it's worth a read as they do discuss some research done and some technical details.

I dont understand what you mean,,

Now this sounds more in line with what I had heard

, I doubt its fiction with all the liars and crooks in the drug industry.  Hell, they are trying to kill the elderly just to make sure thay need a wheel barrow to haul meds around.  Mom and dad feel much better having cut back on drugs the doctors issue as they dont care to insure they are not conflicting eachother.

oh well, this could be a good topic but its gone down the tubes.

Pretty much. I was just having some fun with that OP. ;) I'm not one to jump a bandwagon, but I am one to tease at every available opportunity.

From what I've seen, if it has shown promise in a lab, and random people are trying to say it doesn't work, then it probably works, to an extent. Remember, Doctors try to cure diseases, where Drug Companies try to cure symptoms.
