X2 for sbftech.com.  If you are serious about building it right the first time, it's only place where you find out what's needed.  Be specific about what you want and you'll get answers.  It's a no BS site though, so if you're off base on what you intend to do, be prepared to be "corrected".

Especially if you're going to buy an aftermarket oil pan. It's already stroked (only have to purchase pistons etc) and will handle the horsepower you are shooting for. It's also a hell of a lot cheaper than buying an aftermarket block; equivalent weight too. Of course if money is no object then build a blown 333 w/ an aluminum block.

Im not shooting for any HP or TQ numbers. Im not looking for different engine/tranny combos. Im sticking with a 347 Stroker, maybe keeping it N/A or maybe tossing a Vortech at it. I would love to go with a top mount blower, I know this motor could make power, so exact numbers are not a concern, but Ive wanted this to be a 347 Cougar and im sticking to the plans and the only thing Im not fully decided on is what AOD to go with and my complete list of suspension parts.
