Yeah, after the T5 swap, we noticed she was sittin a little higher in the front.  Then the new wheels just made it way worse.  Put a set of stock 2002 Mustang GT springs in the front and lowered her just right.  The rear springs are still stock at the moment.  I'll probably keep them as-is for the time being.  I like the slight bit of rake.

I guess I didnt notice it because mines still lower than that on stock springs:rollin:

88 t-bird tc - 14.97 @ 90  IHI 18 psi + k+n filter...so far - NOW HX-35 @25psi - 12.75@112    348rwhp/395rwtq
78 F-150 - 11.61@120 on 175shot N20 - 12.55@110 on motor - 5200# race weight:hick:

You didnt happen to go from an AOD to a T5 either, did you?

I see it now. Yeah that looks a lot better. The T5 really is a lot lighter, I think it only weighs 75 lbs. :hick:

1988 Mustang GT - GT40 heads, Explorer intake, 70mm throttle body, 70mm MAF, Crane 1.7 rrs, E303 cam, Kirban Kwik shifter w/ Pro 5.0 deluxe handle, aluminum clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster, o/r h pipe, Dynomax lers, 3G alternator, aluminum radiator, and 3.27 gears.

Yeah, you're right.  All the weight that was dropped resulted in the car sitting a good bit higher than stock, and the bigger wheels just multiplied the effect.  Now with the Mustang springs, she's back where she was before the swap and wheels.

97 in a plastic crate
so around 92-95 ish pounds ;)

I welcomed the dark side and currently am driving a 2000 Dodge Durango SLT plus, with a 5.9, Code named project "Night Runner"
Shes black on black, fully loaded, with headers, 180 tstat, e fan, straight exhaust into a cherry bomb vortex ler, full tune up, ported intake and T/B, MSD coil, and round aircleaner.
Mods to come: Fully rebuilt and heavily modded 46RE, and a richmond rachet locker.

Yeah, so your springs were already set up for that weight.  Mine were set up for the AOD, hence the horrible ride height it had after the swap.  Oh well, it's fixed now!
