Floor Shift Linkage removal August 22, 2008, 11:33:04 PM On my 87 TC the platic gear select linkage broke inside the shifter pole. I can reach part of it, but there is still another piece down the bottom. Do they unscrew with ease? Is there a way to get the other piece of linkage out wihtout taking the selector off the car?
