You have got to be kidding

Has anyone else seen this thing, buy it now for $18,500.  Yeah right maybe $8,500 MAYBE.

WTF?  I like it a lot, but I couldn't justify paying $10K+ more than it would cost to build it yourself.

He might get 8500 if he had more pics. Going by the VIN it's not a TC either.

That's a nice ride. I dont doubt that he's got 18 grand invested in the car. Hell, the engine/supercharger/transmission probably cost over 10K. Cant blame him for trying to get some of his money back. If I were to sell mine the starting bid would be 10K.

That said, I dont think he'll get anywhere near what he wants for it (or what it's worth). Buyers with that kind of money tend to have other options.

It's not a TC. Look at the master cylinder... No ABS. That's actually a good thing though!

Now that I look at it, it doesn't have the TC side molding either.


Did the guy think it'd be worth more to list as a TC or something?

Decent looking car, but yeah, I don't think I'd pay $18.5K for it, not with 180K on the ticker.
