C-4 Vs Aod

I was at summit the other day and notice the c4 is about $200 to sometimes $300 less (including frieght fee's) then the AOD. I'm pretty sure it's because of the OD thing. My question is what flywheel I need i can't remember what tooth and all that stuff i need to do the swap from my c5 86coug ls 5.0, thanks. Plus performance wise which is better in the long run. Both are advertise to do 450hp. I'm not worried about gas, I have an 85 ramcharger that's a daily driver that drinks more gas then the gas station puts out. oh yeah, to clearify i was looking into getting the c4.:D

C-4 Swap is easy for you. Get the TCI pan fill C-4, use yor existing flexplate, or go to a parts store and order for a stock 5.0 mustang with an AOD. Cross member is the same as a 5.0 mustang w/ 5 speed. You can order from summit if yours does not fit. Ensure that you can use the speed sensor in the C-4 housing. Sorry I used mine in a Race car and it has no speed sensor. BTW order a flexable dipstick tube for the pan fill tranny and a converter. You are set then. Swap and Drive.
