Toledo people look here NOW AGAIN

Wanna stop by parkway later tonight?

Weather looks like its gonna be absolutely perfect (ohhh why cant I just afford to run at milan?).

Maybe Ill run up there in my TC instead of puttering up there with my dad in his ranger. Little more comfortable when I have my girl with me anyway. 3 people in a single cab splash aint too comfy ya know. I mean shes only 4'9" but still, its a stick too.

lol, anyway, yeah lets see if we can meet up out there later on.

Yes maumee, with the big water tower and plaza and stuff. Off the trail.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=&sll=41.567426,-83.662605&sspn=0.12047,0.270538&ie=UTF8&ll=41.581199,-83.617737&spn=0.015056,0.033817&z=16&om=1

Between the trail, detroit ave, and town street i believe... this year they moved it to the south side of the plaza, instead of the side with the trail. Kinda sucks because people used to take off down the trail (especially this guy with a blue/white ford gt friggin monster car)... which I suppose was quite illegal and dangerous but cool nonetheless.

But yeah anyway, thats where it is. They go from about 6pm to dark. Im not sure exactly when Ill be out there but Im pretty certain ill be out there tonight.

Heading there and then DG's with NIck and a friend of mine. The tc will be there but not in the show since it still needs to get painted. The short purple haired girl should be easy to find...

If not, look for my friends truck, silver 79 with blue flames, can't miss it

Just park over in the show area, its just parkway, you dont need a fancy car to put it over there. Its more or less just a hangout spot for everyone...

First local hang out was a success.

Took a little while, but I met up with 20th anny. The guy I saw out there with the 8000 mile TC was out there as well. That car is amazing.

Crystal was slightly late but still showed up. Her turbo is amazing. That thing is LOUD. The thing is its "just" a T3.

20th departed us, and we proceeded out to a local hangout and hung out there for a while.  Theres a little funny inside story going on there. I wont get into that though.

Good time. I didnt get any pics of us though. Ill have to do that next time. Maybe 20th can get the 20th fixed and get it over there and we can actually park next to each other rather than everyone on opposite sides of the place, lol.

Yeah every friday.

Oh yeah crystal, the tickets were for today... no pinks all out for us :/ Oh well. I have a feeling I wouldnt make it 15+ hours up there.
Heres a list of the weekly cruises in our area

http://www.k100country.com/index.php?fuseaction=home.weeklycruises

Im usually at Mayberry, Wauseon, and of course, Parkway.

Mayberry is the first monday of each month. Thats usually a pretty big show and they have burnout competitions.

Except... watch this. http://www.myfoxtoledo.com/myfox/pages/News/Detail?contentId=3540836&version=4&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=VSTY&pageId=3.2.1

Pathetic. I wanna pound her face into the pavement.

Anyway, Wauseon supercruise is the 3rd tuesday of each month. Thats about the biggest show around I think.

I believe the next Mayberry show is the day after tomorrow.

Yes because tires contain carcinogens right, typical Sylvania Township resident, stuck up and clueless.

[Edit]

Ok maybe i should search the matter before i call someone clueless, none the less people are not inhaling the tire smoke like cigarette smoke, unless you are actually there watching the burnout comp. I don't see a big problem.

And yeah you can expect me at Parkway every friday and if not with my friend Nick then probably with my GF. But i had a great time there it was really fun, and hell next time we meet up there we can still park next to each other that is if you dont mind a 99 cougar invading your "air space". I will just have to double park like i saw some of the guys doing.

I didn't watch the video, I can't watch it at work, but I can tell you for a fact that SOME tires do contain a certain amount of carcinogens. I work in R&D for Bridgestone/Firestone, and there are certain things that have huge labels on them identifying them as carcinogens.

thats exactly what this was taking care of i dont try to cover up mistakes and shiznit like that. None the less like i stated in the above quote the only people that would be getting a high dose of those nasty carcinogens are the people in the vicinity as in watching the competition.

Yes, even then the smoke is usually up in the air by then, it doesnt seem to just blow right into everyones face. And it DEFINATELY doesnt blow straight into the houses back behind the show. Its well up into the air by then.

Seriously, I just want to hamburger that broads face. She probably has never worked a job in her life. She probably drives a three ton SUV that dumps more toxic gasses into the atmosphere than an entire years worth of mayberry burnout competitions.
