if you have a fairly good graphics card you could play test drive 6. lots of people said it had bad graphics and stuff but it worked fin for me. Lots of good ford cars in it too.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Most any off the games from the Need for Speed series ought to run on your machine. I'd say up to Hot Pursuit 2, The Underground versions prolly won't run though.

Yes, i have some versions of NFS. The NFS IV runs very fine. The Hot Pursuit II runs, but at the lowest settings on the game. Underground.......uh. That´s so much to my old graphics card. I have Test Drive 5 but can´t run in my computer. I´ll be searching for Test drive 6 (i have played the Psx version) and was a nice game.

 Any other game ?

How old of a P3 cpu are we talking here?  My old Hp pavilion with 800mhz celeron and 128 mb ram could run Test Drive 6 all day long, and that was using the integrated Intel !810 graphics.

I had an amd 1800+ with a geforce 4 graphics card and 256 megs of ram. On test drive 6, with every thing maxed(colors resolution) I could only get about 15 fps. I get better then that on need for speed underground

I hated the stock physics if the second one...far worse than the first. You hit a vehicle and it flips up like its made out of foam. Its okay after modified but I played the first for years (second for like a week) so I prefer it ;)

I've got a question...anyone know of TWO player games on the PC that allow upgrades as you go on? Trying to look for something above SNES emulation that has these (like offroad and top gear)...haven't seen any games for the pc that are like this. Hoped porsche unleashed allowed upgrades in multiplayer but nope.

Any ideas?
