A/C clutch connector

I'm working on installing a V8 engine harness in my car and I think my V8 harness is missing the A/C clutch connector. Is there a jumper harness that plugs in somewhere that I am missing?  Can any of you V8 guys tell me where this connector is located? My harness has a 4 pin connector on the drivers strut tower that isn't connected to anything and has a factory cap on it.

Anybody with a V8 Tbird/Cougar know where the a/c harness plugs into?
