H.O ConversionTrouble

Hi

I have just finished my ho conversion to my  car, but have some trouble. the first time i turn the key it wont start and idle, but if i turnit off and then start it again it fires right up. But then the next problem comes, after some idling and driving about a mile it "looses" a cylinder or two.... but when cold it purrs like a kitten.
What can i do?
Does tthe plugwires need to be changed to ho? I do have a msd hi-po coil can it fry the standard plugwires?

So what you are saying is that it runs fine while cold but after it warms up it runs like ? Sounds like a bad head gasket to me. I had the same problem with my car. Which is why i swapped in the H.O.

Did you change the heads? Did you get them torqued down? Check your compression if you can. Check for water in the oil. Check for oil in the water.

I dont think it has anything to do with the plug wires. If it was the plug wires it would do it all the time not just when warm.

It does not smoke , no oil in water  and as far i can see no water in oil.
runs like ... thats the word hehe

Could it be a bad lifter as there is more noise from the valvetrain after a while(new ford m.sport lifters and valvesprings)

It sounds like an ignition problem to me...TFI module? Plugs? Wires?

Oh yeah...we had someone else with this problem. Be SURE that you have the correct plugs in your heads. Did you use E7TEs? If so, you need plugs for a 1987-93 Mustang 5.0. If you reused your stock plugs, they're too short and that is your entire problem right there.

i put new ac-delco r44ntse in first but did not see taht it was too long for the heads(did not seal where it should) so i put in Autolite 25 that seemed to fit better.
is there some way to pull some codes, if so how? i know you look at some indicator but wich

the nr.5 nozzle is dead, it works a few seconds if i tap it carefully.
