Looks like someone used a brass bristle wire wheel on it to clean it up.

Hows the shaft play?
It's Gumby's fault.

Shaft play is minimal. I would say out of the four turbos I've had, it is the second best. I just hope I can find another SVO housing...

If not, pull out the die grinder.

That looks like it may just do the trick.

hmmm....T-3

So the adapter didn't work... it was too tall. Oh well, I'm sure someone with a front mount could make use of it.

Guess not... I try the old fashioned way.

Just about everything is installed and got her fired up. The alignment is all wacky so we didn't take her for a test drive. Sorry, pics are from my phone. I was trying to directly upload from my phone.

Cougarman and friends fixed the tailpipe. w00t!

Woo-hoo! Cougarman is da MAN!!!! Dood, you need to open up a shop. The car is sweet! So much has been done I don't know where to begin. It handles nice and firm now thanks to the new(er) control arms all around. No more clutch crickets! One of my favorite fixes. The Forge BPV sounds pretty sweet. It's not a whooooosh like the BOV. More like a pop. Not loud, but definitely audible. The T-3 is VERY audible. It just loves to sing it's song down the road. Love it! Tomorrow is going to be a fun day. Gonna turn up the boost a little bit (running 10psi now), and she what she can do.

These MegaBite arms are a little unsettling which you let off the throttle at high speeds. The car shifts it's weight back (or at least that's what it feels like) and it's kinda scary. I'm hoping that changing them to the 85% setting will reduce or eliminate this.

The PBR dual-piston calipers definitely haul the car down. I don't think I have ever had a car brake this good. It's a welcome change over before. Which wasn't bad, it's just wasn't great either.

The MGW Shifter (not just the handle) is a nice! Anybody that says this is shorter that stock is crazy. I recommend getting one for your 5-speed. You won't be disappointed.

I'm still at work (making up those hours I missed to pick it up), so no pics. It needs a bath pretty badly though.
