I run a 19"x31" dual core aluminum rad with a Ramcharger's dual electric fan (same fan as a 99-2004 Dodge Intrepid) Zero cooling issues on the days it gets hot here in Toronto.

I also run a 19x31" radiator, but use a 14" electric fan and shroud.
It's Gumby's fault.
