I was thinking about doing it for mine. IMO it depends on the look of the car ( colors, wheel/tire combo...) but from what you say it should look good.

I have these on my fender. Even though they are offically engine emblems.

I am going to be getting these though.

I like the 302 better than the 5.0 emblem because everyone uses the 5.0 one. I like standing out from the crowd.

here is the full emblem listing.

I'm going to put the gold "5.0" on my fenders. They would probably look tacky if my car didn't already have gold trim being a 20th edition.

i LIKE that idea.

though personally i like the "302" WAY better. i do it myself, i refer to ours as "5.0"s like when i go to Advance Auto but im making it a habit of saying "302" instead because i HATE the metric system and engines should referred to in the U.S. by cubic inches, not litres. its too common and even im used to it so im trying to break away. its tough but im gonna do it. it means that much to me.

so to sum it up i think ill actually get those 302's.

thanks Carl!

I have the 5.0 badges on my sport parts car and they were on my base car before I swapped fenders. I don't think I'll be putting them back once the car gets painted.

Personally, I don't want people to know that I have a 5.0.

I've got the 5.0 ones on my cat and i love em.  Most people ask me what i've got under the hood because its so freaking loud and i just point to the emblems. lol

I've got some 5.0 emblems from a Mustang GT. I removed them from the car at a junkyard about seven years ago, then I never did anything with them.
Maybe I'll put them on my toolbox or something.
