Re: 82 Cougar WAGON on eBay Reply #16 – December 30, 2004, 02:04:33 PM Dont worry I like the Bird front end alot better. Still suprised by the amount of interchangeability of the Fox platform tho. Quote Selected
Re: 82 Cougar WAGON on eBay Reply #17 – December 30, 2004, 03:09:33 PM It wouldn't very well. Fenders are much too different to make it easy. Quote Selected
Re: 82 Cougar WAGON on eBay Reply #18 – December 30, 2004, 04:25:03 PM True because the fender kinda curve up to the window a bit. Quote Selected
Re: 82 Cougar WAGON on eBay Reply #19 – December 30, 2004, 05:21:32 PM Just a quick question. One of my freinds is parting out a mark 7 near me. He has a brand new front clip on it. It looks to be about the same, exept it would go through the fender. how close are they in length? Quote Selected
Re: 82 Cougar WAGON on eBay Reply #20 – December 30, 2004, 05:42:16 PM A Mark front clip would fit in theory, hood and fenders too. Marks use the same doors as 1983-1986 Cougars, so the crease along the side of the body should work. Quote Selected
Re: 82 Cougar WAGON on eBay Reply #21 – January 01, 2005, 09:42:49 PM I would not think that a 5 digit odometer should always be assumed to be correct. there should be some law for that in NY about the research involved in making sure thats the correct mileage. IMHO,, its a BS mileage advertisp00get. the car would be nice to just roll off into storage and one day in a few years,, it may be the only one left on the road in that cherry of shape.,, not to say it would ever be worth anything.
