I just got back from our opener. Our NCAA record sellout streak continues with 85000+ fans at the game today (we just finished stadium improvements and have what would have been the largest screen in college sports had Texas not quick slipped one in) We just defeated Louisiana Tech 49-10 and this could be the year we return to greatness. USC had better prepare (looks like they already have, finagling their schedule to give them a week off before we show up) They have slowed ticket sales to Nebraska fans for fear of a Redout like happend in Notre Dame a few years ago. Nebraska is the winningest program in division I football since 1970. It is commonly thought that the 1995 Huskers were the best college football team ever. Also lets not forget the Alamo Bowl against a "overlooked" Michigan team. Our come from behind victory was the most watched college game in ESPN history. Quote Selected

college football!! Reply #10 – September 03, 2006, 12:00:01 AM We went to the #1 ranked OSU game today and watched em stomp NIU. There was so much tatas and beer it wasnt funny. Tailgating is one of the few times you'll find me drunk before noon lol. I think the Buckeyes will do well this year, but I have a feeling Texas will beat them.
