5.0 exhaust on a 3.8

Question:  Will the stock exhaust from a 5.0 bolt up to the manifolds on a 3.8 without any modifications?  Both cars have the same transmission and are pretty much identical except for the engines.

Not sure about STOCK stock, but Walker's single-ler version fits both years, both engines.

No the distance and angle of the manifold are different. I went through this with my 3.8 bird when I go it. If you can find a good ler shop they can cut and weld on a 5.0 H and make it fit. Which is what I did.

Here in a few days, I'm going to be putting a 5.0 Tbird y-pipe on my V6...I'll post the results here as to fit, etc..
according to MasterBlaster's chart, they'll interchange...
