I could get into that. I was actually part of the Thunderbird club but I kinda drifted away from it. Come to think of it your car looks kinda familiar, are you a member? My car's still a bit rusty around the edges but I wouldn't mind a chance to show it off a bit.

SRBird, I personally have about the same set up as you(in a 88 sport) and I use the crane 1.7's, 87 HO cam, on e6's with no clearance problems, but no engine is the same so I would check

Sum_weirdo I thought yours looked familiar as well. Yes I'm in the club, I'm the one that took most of the Grills & Tails pics found on the web site. Try to make it out to the Show n' Shine. It seems the weather may hold out for tonights cruise night so I'm going.

Flipnbird Thanks for the reply. I plan to change the valve springs as well to prevent valve float. I'll have to cross my fingers and hope it works.

Tonight wasn't good, I had to clean my place. But I'll plan for next Wednesday.
