2002 Ford 3.0l V6

I don't know where else to post this, so if it shouldn't be here you guys can move it, sorry.

We are lookign for 2 new cars right now, and my brother and dad have seemingly fell in love with a 2002 Mercury Sable with a 3.0l v6 in it. The engine has about 90k miles on it, and I was jsut wondering how long these engines normaly last. Everything seems to feel good (exept it feels like a wheel has a shifted belt).

Just figured I'd look to you guy's for your opinions. Thanks alot.
