i hate this soo much.

every day now for the past 2 weeks i walk outside out of the back porch and see it.  my car just sitting hurting. while i wait for the insurance companies to get their  together . i want to drive the car so bad. i miss my sport seats. the comfort of the interior. the big car feel. the stereo. and as i walk past it i go out front and hop in the mustang. and it just dont have the same feel at all.

i have to put it in gear to change a cd. everything is compacted together.  it's boxy. and no room for anyone in the back. it has infinity speakers. and a  jvc radio. but no amps or box. (hatch back) so it will never have one unless i put an alarm but even then im not sure.. the only pluse i see to the car is it's a 5.0 from the factory it's a tight car. it's way lighter.  but the more it gives me troble the more i want the cougar back on the road.

i hope i can get the nose bent back.to form. good thing is i may have a conection with a great body guy that can fix some hard wreaks.  as soon as i can get the pics developed i'll show you the aftermath and the mustang.

I feel for ya man,  I've been in many wrecks,  it always sucks not being able to drive your car.  I was just having this discussion with my friend Amy the other day.  Her truck was in the shop getting a heater core changed.  So she was stuck driving a Sunfire!

When I got my Ex-Mustang Transmission repaired, the garage had no more Courtesy car at the time available and i was badly needing a ride to work...

They found a Old Colt 300 198x in his yard I could use (at my own risk) for free, all rusty and falling apart..... :giggle:

Never drived such a py car  in my life w8ting for my car...

I can top that,  when That uninsured bitch hit me and I had to pay for my own repairs.  I borrowed an 86 Escort from a friend of mine.

This is how bad this car was.
1. It would not idle you had to keep on the throttle or it would die.
2. The clutch was going out
3. Had no 2nd gear,  had no 5th gear,  had no reverse and the shifter was so sloppy it wasn't even funny!
4.  Only had the right front brake,  All the others leaked and were plugged with bolts at the master cylender.
5.  Every motor mount was junk.
6.  The cooling fan was gone!
7.  The floor was so rusted that the seat could not be bolted down.
8.  The dash pad had a fist hole in it
9.  all 4 tires were different sizes,  and every ed one was a dougnut!
10. brake lights were ran off of a toggle switch
11. passenger door was coathangered shut
12. back hatch was covered in plastic
13. speedo didn't work,  tach did!
14. 1 quart of oil every 20 miles
15. leaked gas
16. no wippers, defrost, heat, A/C
17.  windsheild cracked
18.  Driver's window didn't roll down,  passenger window didn't roll up,  rear windows didn't exist!


Glad I only had that car for 2 days!

worst i ever had was a fire flee to drive while i had a tranny in my truck rebuilt. i don't feel so bad for haveing 5 vehicles road worthy after listening to this now.if one is down i swap tags to one of the others till i get the first fixed.my only problem is i only have one car i would drive in the summer and a truck but that thing is a pig on gas

You're lucky you don't live in Florida. Swapping tags is pretty much begging to be taken to jail if you're caught. Some police we know have said that you're better off with no tag at all than a swapped tag, here.

what i meen by tags is i go to the local dmv and tranfer my plates to the other car .we can have as many cars as we want here as long as they are saftied and have a park plate .just so long as they haven't been parked for more then 355 days they don't need to be resaftied.i love living around here.

enough hijacking though what is wrong with it you can't drive your car

the cougar is cracked up and the mustang is just being more and more of a pain in my azz. now the passanger side door wont open with out  holding the handle inside to open and pulling the outside  up. (anoying). and the door wont lock with the locks i have to  manuly lock it.  it's just starting to get to me . and i am so afraid of this thing breaking down on me . i dont feel the same comfort and reliability of the car as i did with the cougar. as tired and slopy as it was . but i did correct the slopy part
