Finally some pics of my '88 bird. pic heavy

so i finally got around to taking a few pictures of my 1988 tbird.  Got the car 3 years ago.  it originally had 57k miles on it.  it has only seen 2 winter seasons.  when i got it, it was flawless.  no paint chips, scratches, or dents.  but over the last 3 years it has seen all three of those.

currently has 68k miles.  been hit by a fedex truck....not bad though.  it was in the winter time and the fedex truck slid into the drivers side quarterpanel.  made a dent about the size of baseball.

other things.....dash has started to crack this summer.  its got a few scratches on the passenger door and few others on the trunk lid.  nothing major though.  everything is hardly noticable.  also has one little rust spot start to show right behind the left rear wheel.  one other thing i forgot to mention is that the radio was stolen about a year after i got it.  thats what the marking/dents around the radio trim is from......

anyways, here is the pictures.

engine bay needs to be cleaned.....

well there we have it.  tell me what you guys think.....  also, i wanted to know what you guys might think i could get for her if i sold it.

Sweet looking bird. Only flaw I see is that engine bay screaming to be detailed. You plan on selling it?

its worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, id pay up too 1000-1200 maybe. i cant stand the base interior, it has no power moon roof either from what i can see. at least it is already a sport, an 88 at that so the HO swap would be a snap. its got the regular climate controle as well, a bonus if you ask me. nice car though, in decent shape....

I dont think that bird is a sport as there are base seats and consoulette and no floor shifter. Its definately in nice shape though. I think with the minimal miles on it probably worth a bit more than 1200 bucks though...maybe? Nice bird dude!

Nice T-bird:D

Now his car is a base T-bird. The LX cars had wood grain dash surrounds, Turbo Coupe door panels, 24 oz carpeting, and a small LX badge on the trunk. Sports had a center counsel, sport seats, and a floor shifter. I hope that clears things up.

Yep they did:D.  Only the LX T-birds had the wood grain dash surrounds. The base ones had gray surrounds and the Turbo Coupes had that fake carbon fiber look.
