I was REALLY trying to sort of hijack the thread with that amusp00get park comment. Guess it didn't work. I fear this thread be heading for the chopping block.

Well, if that's the case - then did you see John Deans (Nixon WH) new book?

Apparently 23% of Americans are hardcore RWers who would either lead or follow in a authoritarian regime. He thinks it's a dangerous time in America - and he knows what it's like when an administration tries to become authoritarian.

I think every generation has a certain contingent that would follow in an authoritarian regime and an equal or greater contingent that thinks it's a dangerous time in the US. Then, there are the ones like me, that will be over there with Zach drinking beer and playing video games and not discussing religion or politics. :D
