MAF Conversion Questions

I have a 1966 289 block bored and stroked to a 347.  The bottom end is put together, its to go into my dads 66 stang when its done.  However the plan is to put it in the bird until then.  Its an 88 LX, and I would probably go with RHS 180CC heads, and something like the knockoff Pro-Products EFI Typhoon Intake.  My question is the MAF and injector setup.  Can I just follow the writeup on coolcats, only going with like a 75mm MAF and CAI, or what.  Then I just have to figure out injector size correct?  Adjustment of the computer for the larger injectors how do I go about that? 
Any help into this is greatly appreciated, kind of new to the whole MAF conversion, computer stuff.

Injector size is matched to/for the MAF meter... For your combo, 24lb injectors and matched MAF meter minium...
