+HP by getting your inlet air dizzy Reply #1 – June 16, 2006, 09:49:56 AM so why don't the car companies have this in cars? This is the same thing as that "vortex" one... a few ppl will see some results, but in a well tuned, well maintained vehicle, there won't be any difference, especially in a stock vehicle with ribbed air inlets, they is why they are they way already, to create turbulent air. i just don't hold faith that it will make a dramatic improvement with anything. +HP by getting your inlet air dizzy Reply #3 – June 16, 2006, 10:02:49 AM QuoteIt flew like a frisbee. So, you needed to push the Tempo to get it going, it only moved on its own for 30 or 40 feet, then plunked itself down on the ground like a dead walrus? Quote Selected
+HP by getting your inlet air dizzy Reply #4 – June 16, 2006, 10:04:38 AM Nope but the Tempo ran better after putting the timeing to 10* instead of 0* and removing the spinny thing. Quote Selected

+HP by getting your inlet air dizzy Reply #7 – June 16, 2006, 12:54:34 PM those things are for yuppies that have no idea what they are doing around a car and it is the only mod that they themselfs can do so they feel special. oh and of course stupid people that don't think for themselfes and beleive every word the people selling it are saying. hell if i was going to sell a cut up beer can 40 buck or whatever i would rave about the stuff it does so when they get it than they think its working and those are the only people that buy it. +HP by getting your inlet air dizzy Reply #10 – June 18, 2006, 01:39:51 AM hmm. Maybe just get a regular sc for a 3.8 then put a spacer for the throttle body and adapt it for a cfi intake. I dunno, a carb or sefi would be easier I think, but you never know. We will never talk you into a v-8 or sefi so yeah. Quote Selected
