a litle duct tape always proves to be a great fix even if you have to use the whole roll and it would look wonderful with the black! what do you guys think?

I don't think duct tape would stand a chance, not even a whole roll. :)

Part of your problem might be your blow off valve. Not sure which type you have. It may be to small so when the throttle slams shut the valve is not flowing enough cfm so there is to much pressure in the pipe. (had that problem with my procharger)

Ohh... just realized you have an auto so maybe it's not the valve!
