Ok everyone I was gone for a while and so to cure my itch on reading about all the stuff people have done to their cars and seeing all the cool stuff I decided to start doing a few things here and there to mine. The only thing I have pics of right now is the dash stuff that has been changed. Ive seen all this stuff on ebay like the white heater panel plates and such so I got to thinking hmmm I can do something like that. First I started with my dash cluster. Anyone with the buttstuffog dash knows what they look like. Here's mine before just as Beau sent it to me as well as after I got a little creative with it. I also went through and changed it some. It's hard to tell in the picture but thats actually blue light coming through the cluster and the black part on the speedo doesnt show up as much in person as it looks in the pic. It looks alot better in person its actually blue now instead of green.

I also went through and changed my face plates to my switches in the car.

Im also building a system sentry plate for my lighter using this plate. its a little different then the stock one but should do just as well. I have the plate made and installed I just dont have pics of it or have the lights installed in it yet. I'll try and get a pic of it tommorrow or the next day.

Im also working on the heater panel as well when Im finished the plates should be white with all the parts that glow in blue instead of green

im doing sorta the same thing, only im making all mine look stock and glow in red... i fell in love with red in my grand prix and dont want to give it up in my cougar

I also went through and changed my clock I wasnt sure what to do with it as it still looked the same and everything else was white it was kind of a trial and error type thing but I think it turned out descent. sorry about the pic the thing wouldnt lay right in my scanner it kept wanting to slide off the top of it. Cant wait to get it installed it looks pretty good I think. the best thing is the numbers are blue and glow blue to match the rest of the dash I love it :D

Well good luck on making the stock cluster glow red or actually the stock green for all that matter. the green is built into the panels if you try sanding the green off be real real real careful or youre gonna take the black off too. Thats one reason mine got totally changed I tried leaving it stock looking and changing the lettering to blue but ended up sanding through the black as well.
The only drawback Ive seen to my way so far is that instead of just the numbers lighting up you end up with more like the check engine light type thing where the space lights up with the words dark so they show up. Looks cool as hell in the day time though and not to terribly bad at night. Now if I could just get that stupid headlight switch light to work Id be doing great lol

thanks I got some more pics after the clock was put in by my computers being retarded looks pretty good all around I still cant get over how easy it was to make the clock blue instead of green
