My cruise works fine but I think my horn ring is going. When I make a right or left hand turn my horn won't work but when I straighten out the wheel it will :screwy: . My wheel is in nice shape too. It's leather wrapped and it doesn't have that black goo problem. I'd hate to have to replace it.

You can replace just the rings.  That's what I did.  I had to turn the wheel 20* to the left to get the horn and cruise to work :)
The nice thing is you don't even need a donor with cruise, because they all have the same set of rings.  The bird my rings came from didn't have cruise and that wheel was so warn and faded nobody would want it.
