Looks like you're tryin to do a sig pic.  To do that you have to host the sig pic from a web site like Cardomain.  Avatars and basic attachments you can load from your computer, but not your sig.

I thought there was directions how to put a picture on the forum. I was trying from the (paperclip or mountain) above but it did not work.
