so i got paid monday and decided to buy my car a couple presents. i put a volt meter temp guage and oil pressure guage where the cig lighter premium sound switch and power antana switch were (the cig lighter was all that worked anyway) and i mounted a tach on the stearing column. ill get some pics as soon as i can because i am realy proud of how it looks. other than a stereo system (in the neer future) and a cb i think im done with the interrior on this one.

got a complete T5 waiting, and just ordered a U/L intake and egr spacer last night..

you think a brother can get a loan:)i just found out that the oil leak
is coming from the timing cover.is this a self project,or should i take
it to the shop...i love paydays looks like i have saving to do.

self project. i love working on my cars. i work on other peoples so i can afford to work on mine and even though i thought being a mecanic would make me no longer enjoy working on mine it hasent, I still like working on mine.

^^ same here, Ill work on mine or help people with theirs, But I dont want to do it mon-fri cuz then I wouldnt wanna bother with mine on sat-sun lol.

thanks for the thought;i talk to my shop and they said the repair
would run about 170 so i think that i'll go that route.
