Anybody know this guy?

I spotted a sweet cougar the other night, looked like an '87-'88.  He was in the Lindenwold, NJ area on Rt. 30(white horse pike).  The car was black with two red racing stripes, dual exhaust, aftermarket rims, and it had Illinois tags that kinda read like a telephone number.  It sounded like he had done a 5-speed conversion on it...either that or it was a real loose torque convertor.  I revved it up a little when I was behind him at a red light in hopes that he would get on it so I could hear the exhaust, he left the light and got on it just a little bit and it sounded like it had an off-road h-pipe and possibly flowmasters or something similar.  Just curious as to whether or not anybody knows him?

No clue here from the central guys.
As for the plate standard issue. Three numbers space four numbers.

And if he did have the off road H hes not from chicago area. They have sniffer testing.

We have the sniffer testing too...I believe NJ is the second strictest state in vehicle inspections(behind CA).  I have a way around that though

I just have to watch out for road side inspections.

I understand that but you said he had IL plates is why I said that. Unless he is relocating to out there.
