e7 head question

I've got a pair of e7's off a '92 LX w/ 62k miles on them and only paid $60 w/ HO cam, TB, and Intake. Problem is that the heads have been in a garage for 2 years and have dust and surface rust on them. What can i do to make these safe to install, or should i junk them and try to find another pair.

I would port the exhaust, have them milled for straightness, cleaned, valve angle job, add a fresh set of springs and run em.
