WTB Trunk Lid Panel

I know this is a long shot but I’m looking for the panel that some of our cars came with that goes under the trunk lid. It’s carpet covered to match the trunk kit. I’ve only seen them a few times. If anyone has 1 they can part with let me know. Need to fit 87 Tbird. Thanks.

I've never seen them for the 87/88 Birds, only previous years. I wanted one myself. I'm going to fabricate one from either plastic sheet or very thin sheet metal. I use gas struts to open the trunk so any additional , but minimal weight won't be a problem.

I’ve been considering this as well. Thought of the plastic sheeting also or wood like some guys make custom door panels with. Waiting for warmer weather to take that project on. Lol
