I seriously considered this car as well, but I already have 2 86's and an 88.I’m so baffled by this situation… In the original post, it says that it runs. In the eBay listing it says 'With a little work this car will run and drive, but needs to be restored.' @foxcougarconvertible, did it sell? Does it run? You said previously on page one of this post, ‘The entire car hobby is in serious trouble if this is what people are willing to pay for such a rare car.’ But then a few posts later you’re saying, ‘Seeing that it's not worth anything, it's going to get parted out and sent to the crusher.’ I guess the car hobby is in serious trouble if you can’t let it go to a (hopefully) good home where it will be restored & cared for and would choose to part it out and let it go to the crusher… sad indeed.
