THinking of putting a new turbocharger for a stock 1986 cougar xr7 2.3l 5speed vin w. What is the correct spec for this car and any info where I can buy one .A little  extra boost will be fine,without doing any major mods to stock car. ABOUT HOW MUCH SCHOULD I PAY FOR NEW TURBO?

You should already have the T3 turbo and that is a good turbo and will push 21lbs of boost and should be good to 300 RWH. Do you have an adjustable boost control? Alot of info on turbocoupes here..... http://natomessageboard.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=cfrm
