I don't know, haven't tried to install the hood yet :p shouldnt be tho, stock motor mounts and everything, I was told a 3/8" intake spacer would still clear the hood. I guess we'll see if I have to spend more money on a cowl hood

Eh you don't need a new hood... Just cut a hole and put a cardboard box over it! (ok j/k you can probably get a hood scoop/cowl off the older stangs and capri's and use that)

not a 306, just a 302. it was fresh enough to not need to be bored out.

and IIRC, motor mounts from the vert mustangs make the engine sit a little lower so if it is indeed too high I'll try those before gettin a new hood
